Recently, California Stylist Magazine sponsored a cover contest from their thousands of subscribers. Randy Fugate, Director of Marketing, was intrigued with that possibility and decided to enter a photograph of Allyson Schott, one of his most iconic images representing Western Beauty Institute and the creativity of the student population.
