Come join Chad Kempton, Western Beauty Institute and 100.9FM “The HEAT” this Saturday April 21 from 11am-1pm as we broadcast live at this year’s Poppy Festival. Western Beauty Institute will be doing make up, makeovers, hair styling, hair braiding and face painting for the kids. Representatives from Western Beauty Institute will be on hand taking sign ups during the live broadcast and answering any questions about our school.
